**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
• Carry out work with correspondence and documentation on orders and work on the execution of concluded contracts.
• Place orders in ORACLE, CRM, OCM and monitor financial costs for orders (timely billing).
• Coordinate the activities of all performers at all stages of work on orders.
• Provide statistics and reports on the execution of orders upon request to all stakeholders (sales managers, customers, manufacturers, etc) on the status of orders throughout the order fulfillment process.
• To carry out day-to-day control of compliance of orders with the rules of foreign trade regulation at the stage of placement and shipment, by analyzing and processing orders held.
• Monitor the compliance of the actions of the Technical Support / Procurement personnel, as well as the Project / Contract Administrators with the contract / project processing procedure.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
• Higher economic/legal/linguistic education.
• Work experience as data/contract administrator for at least 3 years.
• English at a level not lower than Upper Intermediate.
• Ability to work in a complex matrix organization.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
• Process structuring skills strongly preferred.
• Deep professional understanding of sales & supply chain processes is strongly preferred.
• Experience in working as sales or contract administrator, procurement or logistics specialist in a matrix organization is preferred.
• Proven experience in effective work optimization is ideal.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
