We have a fantastic opportunity to join ASICS as Order Book Specialist from our Montpellier headoffice.
The Order Book Specialist is responsible to ffacilitates, gathers and analyses the designated order book in order to generate a realistic and accurate inbound / outbound plan from the DC’s and fulfil the customers’ demands. Develop, execute and report on detailed level the necessary processes taken to ensure the distribution is aligned to the Account Service Model and the information facilitated to the Customer Service team is accurate and relevant. Analyse data and make recommendations in order to achieve profitability, customer coverage and inventory goals. Accountable for the accuracy of the localized order book.
Responsibilities includes:
Lead and facilitate the S&OE process Generate 3 month rolling sales forecast Lease with commercial/finance teams to ensure all necessary information is available to increase forecast accuracy Manage OB KPIs Closely collaborate with Customer Service teams to manage customer orders in-line with defined Standard Operating Procedures Coordinate Product launches with Customer Service Teams Manage the Order book for all regional customers as per seasonal calendar Communicate to the DC monthly target (units) for proper DC capacity planning Prepare the inbound prio file for the DC for proper supply prioritization Participate in weekly team meetings with the Regional order book team and EMEA OB team Investigate overall OB fulfillment rate & status (open, pending approval, blocked, credit issues, in delivery, etc). Communicate to internal Sales and CS on pushback, delay & Item coverage situation to adjust the order book Advise Regional OB Manager on potential risks and agree on solutions Check ATP report and request stock transfer with Inventory Coordinator EMEA inside or outside own warehouse to maximize sales and minimize stock levels all thru the delivery season Establish and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships across all areas of the business and demonstrate high levels of trust, respect and business awareness Perform any other related duties

Hold a university degree or equivalent experience in IT, operations or business Have an industry experience, ideally FMCG or Sports Brand Have an experience on LEAN methodology approach is advantageous Have an excellent level Microsoft Office Speak fluent in English, another language is a plus
