About this opportunity:
Our Supply Delivery specialists role is to execute and manage orders and delivery contractual requirements for all products and services included in contract with our recyclers according to the agreements. Our CT (Control Tower) service function where this role operates in, is a crucial part of Ericsson Sustainability Operations program; managing the handling of e-waste.
This is a hybrid role (3 days per week on site) working from our Ülemiste City office based at Valukoja 8, Tallinn, Estonia. Please note, to be considered for this vacancy, you need to reside in Tallinn or near by and have full working rights in Estonia.
What you will do:
Secure contract fulfillment – take ownership of the order once it is received.Perform order fulfillment activities – validate relevance of the input and manage multiple tasks across many domains.Perform monitoring of orders and push for progress.Ensure data accuracy and necessary reports.
The skills and qualifications you bring:
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in supply chain & processKnowledge of different service delivery process, models and strategyHardware Services and trade complianceUnderstanding of products and products structureAbility to do a basic validation of shipment content files and ability to troubleshoot unclear inputs with vendors. Vocational Education or University degree in Business Administration, Logistics or relevant areaProficient in written and spoken EnglishHardware Services and trade complianceBe a team player with good communication skillsBe good at following procedures and instructionsSAP experience
