We are looking for an Order Desk & SCM Professional (100%) for a permanent position.

Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you…

are responsible for the overall supply chain management for the CE IT rangeplan and analyze weekly and monthly sales results as well as manage and monitor inventorysupport and backup for Order Desk Management Monitor (LFD, LCD, HTV, LED), weekly sales plans, SELS MA/STO check and proposalare responsible for memory availability check, SCM of memory productsare responsible for display and memory products in the e-store Incl. STO approvalsupport general OD tasks as SCM CE IT position (80% SCM, 20% OD)communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholdersprepare various reports, maintain and process datasupport urgent inquiries from Korea in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

Your profile, you…

have a degree in business administration or similar, ideally with further training in SCMbring 2-3 years of SCM or logistics experiencehave excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)ideally have experience with SAP and CRMare fluent in English and Germanhave a strong "hands-on mentality" and consider analytical thinking and the preparation of figures to be your strengthshave a professional appearance, very good communication skills, and an accurate working styleare a proactive, team-oriented, and stress-resistant personality, experienced in global settings
