- Creation of an interface between international sales and order processing / project management
- Receipt of Purchase Orders for baseline and projects based on quotations generated by Sales and Bid Management
- Review of technical & commercial order-specific conditions
- Carrying out required technical and commercial clarifications with Sales, if necessary also directly with customers, and/or Engineering, Quality, Documentation and Production
- Supporting implementation of orders in the EPR system and other IT tools used, review technically, commercially, as well as with regards to tests & certificates, documentation requirements, shipping conditions, etc.
- Carrying out all process steps required to enter clean orders into execution

- Alignment of ePrism file with PO conditions, mitigation of technical and commercial conflicts
- Copleting technical data sheets provided by the customer in E-Prism (before order transmission)

- Participation in kick-off meetings, internally and, if necessary, with the client
- Handing over clean orders and projects to order processing / project management

 

 

Grundlegende Verantwortlichkeiten

Creation of an interface between international sales and order processing / project management
- Acceptance of simple orders up to complex project orders based on the offers of the sales department
- Familiarisation with the respective order-specific conditions
- Carrying out any necessary technical and commercial clarifications with the sales side, if necessary also directly with the customers, as well as with the internal specialist departments
- Checking and recording orders in the EPR system and other IT tools used, technically, commercially, as well as with regard to tests & certificates, documentation requirements, shipping conditions, etc.
- Carrying out all process steps necessary to start the order
- Determining and recording all relevant internal deadlines and preparing the order confirmation
- Archiving and filing of order documents in an electronic order file
- Completing technical data sheets provided by the customer
- Checking letters of credit and clarifying guarantee texts
- Participation in kick-off meetings, internally and, if necessary, with the client
- Handing over orders and projects to the order processing / project management department
- Compliance with statutory and internal export control regulations and export law
- Compliance with the specified corporate objectives and guidelines (data protection, quality, environment and ESH

Positionsanforderungen

Required Experience & Education:

- Graduate of technical university, FH specialising in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or technical school, or succesful completed technical apprentice ship with experience in a similiar position
- Experience in pump technology and/or in process engineering and/or plant engineering similar to the industry
- Distinct technical understanding
- Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Good user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience with ERP systems
