Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Order Entry Clerk in Carrollton, Texas, United States. The Order Entry Clerk will be primarily tasked with processing orders, preparing shipments, coordinating with teams, and handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Prepare and process marketplace shipments, including Amazon FBA • Maintain and monitor stock levels, liaising with sales team when necessary • Collaborate with Platform Managers to review and prioritize tasks • Coordinate with warehouse team for packing and preparing shipments • Manage and resolve FBA stock or shipment issues • Accurately enter orders into our SOP system, process deliveries and generate invoices • Obtain shipping quotes and oversee the shipment of products • Communicate with trade customers about their upcoming deliveries • Use IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, to manage tasks effectively • Work collaboratively with team members while also prioritizing and multitasking effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must. • Experience with CRM systems is essential. • Knowledge of Epic Software is expected. • Capability to work with ERP Solutions is necessary. • Proficiency in using About Time software is required. • Ability to effectively handle Answering Inbound Calls is important. • Experience with Billing Functions is critical. • Knowledge of Check Processing systems is needed. • Experience in Claim Administration is essential.
