Order Entry Coordinator

\n\t\t\t\t\t

• Answering incoming requests from clients in regards to order status\n• Manually inputting customer order into ERP system\n• Purchase Order Vetting, Order Processing and Order Validation in ERP.\n• Validate and Release orders in GHX.\n• Assist customer support - efficiently coordinating resources from Service Repair Engineers/Technicians, Logistics, and internal/external resources.\n• Assist with service contract set-up & management.\n• Provide administrative assistance in ERP system management.\n• Assist team with documenting activities as needed.\n•\tAudit open purchase orders, credit holds and future orders to ensure orders are processed and accounts are established within required turn-around times.\n• Regular review of PO Matrix and ERP to identify outlier customer Purchase orders\nand ensure accurate order fulfilment.\n• Assists Ops Manager with monthly reports and metrics, as defined by Ops manager\n• Respond to general customer inquiries regarding:\no Purchase Order Status / Submissions\no Sales & Service information (Quotes, Instructions, Directions)\n• Maintain our internal Purchase Order and New Customer Account Matrix\n• Communicate with order fulfilment operation\n• Communicate with Sales Team regarding order fulfilment\n•\tCoordinate customers and service provisions for timely dispatch of purchased repair parts\n• Provide back-up support for service/support activities\n•\tNew Customer Account setup & maintenance: credit approval, tax exemption certificates, price-list, parts-sales processing in ERP system.\n• Coordinate service support for service contracts.\n•\tReview customer Purchase Orders and complete vetting procedure to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment\n• Other activities as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

\n\t\t\t\t\t

Must Have: \n- ERP experience (can be any kind they are moving to Microsoft Dynamics)\n- Purchase order experience (there's is manual) \n- Experience working in high volume - they are getting 100-500 orders on a given day

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
