Order Entry Representative
Job Title: Order Entry RepresentativeJob Description This candidate will be responsible for order entry, collaborating with internal departments including Sales, Accounting, Shipping, and Production. Responsibilities + Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently. + Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Shipping, and Production departments. + Manage and process purchase orders in an ERP system. + Ensure accurate data entry and order fulfillment. + Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. + Coordinate orders with shipping to ensure timely delivery. Essential Skills + Experience with database software such as MS Navision and MS CRM. + Proficiency in managing purchase orders in an ERP system. + 2+ years of data entry experience in a similar role. + Strong skills in order entry, data entry, and customer service. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel. + Experience in order processing and inventory management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Outstanding attendance and punctuality. + Ability to use discretion and independent judgment. + Capability to work effectively in a team environment. + Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing environments. Work Environment The position is located in New Castle, DE. The workday is 8 hours, starting between 7am-9am. This role offers the opportunity to support a renowned food diagnostic company.
