Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Order Entry Representative with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role within a retail space. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone and email etiquette skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive, self-motivated attitude. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries, questions, and complaints, and troubleshoot issues with products or services.Accurately document customer interactions within our CRM system.Comply with all Customer Care objectives, performance standards (metrics/KPIs), and policies.Stay up to date with our products to provide the best possible customer experience.Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor of Customer Care to support the success of the Customer Care team and the overall business goals.Essential SkillsAt least 3 years of experience in a customer service role within a retail space.Excellent phone and email etiquette skills.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams and customers.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.Additional Skills & QualificationsFlexible availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.Work Environment
Our call center environment is fun and fast-paced with a casual dress code. We operate in a new office building in Torrance, located near shops and restaurants. The office features large, high-walled open cubicles on the lower floor of the customer service area, and includes break areas for relaxation. There are significant opportunities for growth and promotion due to the company's expansion.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
