Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Order Entry Specialist to join our support desk team. You will work alongside 3-4 other representatives, assisting with incoming orders via phone, walk-ins, or email. Your role involves helping customers place new orders, following up on prior orders, and providing updates if there are any delays or additional information needed. This position requires strong design skills and product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their design and durability objectives. You will also guide customers in choosing stone slabs for various uses such as granite kitchen counters or marble floors. Orders are processed using a computer program within a Microsoft Windows environment.

The position operates Monday through Friday, typically from 8am-5pm, though a 7:30am start time may be required occasionally. The role is primarily based in the showroom and Order Pick Up desk, with occasional visits to the warehouse to show slabs of stone to customers. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
