Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of recent office experience
- Data Entry/Order Processing skills
- Microsoft Office Proficiency and Experience using ERP or CRM Systems
Hours:
Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Will be fully onsite
Description
• Verify main components of Sales Order match the customer’s Purchase Order. i.e. Delivery dates, delivery instructions, invoicing requirements, prepay vs Net terms, etc.
• Create production orders as required
• Communicate any part deficiencies to Purchasing.
• Scheduling and prioritizing orders per customer requirements.
• Watch deadlines and lead times on all open orders. Communicate with appropriate departments to rectify any issues/notify customers of any changes.
• Run receiving report daily to allocate back-ordered parts
• Create Pick Tickets for shipping of sales orders.
• Process and send Quality Control sheets & photos to customers as needed.
• Continual communication with the sales department and account managers about order status.
• Continual communication with the Production Manager and Shipping & Receiving department.
• Update order changes or details received by the account manager.
• Review the prior week’s orders and enter in the respective Pipeline Report.
• Freight Quoting as needed
• Maintain customer satisfaction by answering order, shipping, and service questions; suggesting information about services, connecting them with their Account Manager, and providing paperwork requested by customers (invoices, cc receipts, etc.)
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
• Process customer RMAs created by the Sales department or Warranty Manager, including populating RMA Log
• Maintain customer records
• Recommend potential procedures or services to management
• Additional assignments as directed by the Vice President, Director of Sales and/or Director of Operations
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.85/hr.
