Your role and responsibilitiesAs Order Entry Specialist you will be an integral part of Canadian Process Automa-tion organization. You will work in close collaboration with Project Managers and Controllers. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Business Unit in Merida, Yucatan.You will be mainly accountable for:• Record customer purchase orders in SAP as per instructions and procedures.• Maintain accurate data entry throughout order execution.• Issue invoices in SAP as per contract milestones and enter in customer platform if needed.• Follow up on invoice status.• Retain documentation related to orders that support compliance with internal controls and procedures.• Ensure proactive communication with all stakeholders.• Effectively support Controlling and Project Management with ad hoc requests.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related.1 to 2 years of work experience in order entry.Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel is a must), SharePoint, Adobe and other internet-based applications.Direct experience with SAP.Positive outlook, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.Proficient in English language, French is an asset.
