Accurate selection of products ordered by Holiday Stationstores across the Greater Twin Cities.Organize picked products in designated bins and transfer areas.Stage completed orders at the dock.Aid in truck loading processes.Keep your workspace neat and orderly.Report any product or equipment issues to Holiday Supply Facility (HSF) Management.Additional duties as outlined by HSF Management, Supervisors, or Leads.Adhere to federal, state, and company regulations, including USDA or FDA, OSHA, and GMPs.Qualifications You'll Need:
18 years or olderCapability to understand verbal instructions and read pick sheets and labels.Basic arithmetic proficiency.Self-starter with minimal supervision required.Reliability is non-negotiable.Physical Aptitude:
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 10 pounds; up to 60 pounds during truck loading.Comfortable working in a 35°F environment for an entire shift.Frequently required to walk, stand, stoop, bend, and reach.Authority Boundaries:
Empowered to halt operations for safety and quality concerns.Desired Experience and Training:
