Job Description

The Order Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of domestic accounts from receipt of order to shipment.  This position interfaces with various internal business partners to ensure orders meet each customer’s fill rate and on-time requirements.  The person in this role communicates with external and internal customers and is responsible for managing orders by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research and disputes/resolutions. 

 

RESPONSIBLIITIES:

What you will be doing

Administer the order fulfillment process from receipt to shipment; includes monitoring production schedules, reviewing on-hand inventory levels/incoming inventory, partnering with manufacturing teams and shipping departments while implementing best practicesEnsure orders that need intervention are managed timely and accurately to release to the warehouse(s) to meet customer delivery datesIdentify and recommend process improvements to streamline and standardize company’s order administration processesTroubleshoot order fulfillment issues (allocation, stock outs, EDI bomb-outs, workflow issues)Resolve shipment discrepancies and prevent re-occurrencesProcess orders within Commerce Hub for select accountsPartner with various internal departments to effectively communicate changes and updates as necessaryMaintain department working documents for assigned accounts

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum three years’ experience working in a fast-paced supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environmentMust be able multi-task, problem solve, and develop long term solutionsStrong organizational, administrative, communication, prioritization/time management skillsAbility to make independent, sound decisions and judgment calls under pressure

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

3 to 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS applications1 to 3 years of experience with EDI order processing1 to 2 years of experience with Oracle Service Cloud1 to 2 years of experience with customer portals (CHUB, SPS Commerce Hub)Advanced knowledge of Excel

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $40,000 USD - $60,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
