**Job Description**
The Order Fulfillment Specialist organizes and handles a variety of order, planning and logistics issues within a manufacturing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Process sales orders after entry to completion
+ Arrange for and execute on domestic and international shipping of sales orders
+ Ensure accurate and complete export compliance documentation
+ Enter purchase orders into ERP system
+ Proof all orders for accuracy and release
+ Assist in the planning and purchasing of products, including expediting and pushing of purchase orders with vendors
+ Resolve sales order issues and discrepancies
+ Engage in customer and vendor contact
Required Education and Experience:
+ High School diploma or equivalent required
+ Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
+ Strong experience with shipping both domestic and international
+ Proficiency with e-mail, data entry, Microsoft Word and Excel
+ Experience in operations or manufacturing environment
+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records
+ Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining high quality
+ Ability to work autonomously and proactively seek resolutions to open items
**Salary Range:**
$56,700.00-$75,705.000
