**Job Description Summary** Drives the overall order fulfillment process end-to-end from the manufacturing site in Herlev, Denmark, to our global sales regions and distribution channel partners around the world. This includes order fulfillment planning and key date management, materials availability checking and reservations, pick-releasing as well as outbound logistics coordination in close alignment with internal and external stakeholders. We operate at the center of an ecosystem working toward precision health - digitizing healthcare, helping drive productivity and improving outcomes for patients, providers, health systems and researchers around the world. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** + Oversee order-to-shipment process at the SVG Herlev manufacturing + Estimate and define future ship dates of orders and communicate these back to the regions. + Daily release of product / part shipments against sales orders + Daily communication with production and shipping teams to ensure smooth order flow + Create overview and manage order backlog + Manage material shortages via order prioritization and clear communication to stakeholders + Book outbound transport for product shipments + Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned + Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies **Required Qualifications** + Educational background in Business Administration, Order Management, Logistics or similar + At least 3-year order management or clerical experience, preferably withing a global company setting. + Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English and Danish + Ability to communicate well and work with others + Ability to interface with Customers and Suppliers in a business professional manner on the phone and through e-mail + Continuous improvement mindset + Oracle knowledge is a plus Our total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities.
