Oversee order-to-shipment process at the SVG Herlev manufacturing
Estimate and define future ship dates of orders and communicate these back to the regions.
Daily release of product / part shipments against sales orders
Daily communication with production and shipping teams to ensure smooth order flow
Create overview and manage order backlog
Manage material shortages via order prioritization and clear communication to stakeholders
Book outbound transport for product shipments
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies
Required Qualifications
Educational background in Business Administration, Order Management, Logistics or similar
At least 3-year order management or clerical experience, preferably withing a global company setting.
Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English and Danish
Ability to communicate well and work with others
Ability to interface with Customers and Suppliers in a business professional manner on the phone and through e-mail
Continuous improvement mindset
Oracle knowledge is a plus
