Job Description:
Performs diverse and complex assignments in support of Client product development and manufacturing. Assignments may include: prepares goods for shipment, receives, unpacks, inspects and stores incoming materials and supplies, and uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.

* Temporary position with potential for full time Client employment depending on business environment & employee performance through duration of contract (6-12 months)
* Monday-Friday, 2nd shift, 3:00pm- 11:30pm

Client North Greenbush produces flexible printed circuits and digital X-ray detectors for mammography, vascular, and industrial applications. The Client digital flat-panel detectors are a critical component of X-ray systems and are designed to provide outstanding image quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
* Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts
* Performs work from detailed instructions and maintains daily production output with accurate records of the work performed and other records as may be required by management.
* As required, with guidance, provide data for formal reports (oral and written) of the work
* Limited decision making, related to the scope of the specific task with guidance.
* Complies with all EHS, Training and Quality procedures and policies
* Under supervision, performs routine troubleshooting of process or equipment. Brings equipment irregularities to the attention of the supervisor.
* Use Lean tools to improve established processes and metrics in daily work. Participates in Action Workouts
* Make acquired skills or knowledge available to others; train others on manufacturing processes

Required Qualifications:
* High School diploma (or local equivalent) and 2 or more years of related experience
* Demonstrated ability to work well with general direction and information
* Demonstrated proficiency to utilize computerized work
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to consistently lift up to 50lbs
* Able to use pallet jacks
