Job Responsibilities :

An Order Fulfilment Specialist plays a key role in managing the end-to-end process of receiving, processing, and delivering customer orders efficiently and on time. This includes overseeing inventory levels, coordinating with warehouse staff, supply chain, and planning teams, and ensuring order details are accurate. The role also involves handling logistics to ensure timely delivery, maintaining clear communication with internal teams and customers, and promptly resolving any issues to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.

Additionally, the Order Fulfilment Specialist monitors order tracking, manages returns, and works to continuously improve the fulfillment process for greater efficiency and precision.

Responsibilities:

Process and ensure timely fulfillment of all purchase ordersOversee and ensure all shipments are delivered and closed on scheduleMaintain accurate and up-to-date shipment records with a high level of data precisionCoordinate with warehouses and service providers to manage shipping operations related to order fulfillmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support assigned fulfillment operationsSubmit Certificate of Origin documents to the Chamber of Commerce as requiredGenerate and analyze reports for tracking and operational efficiency

Pre-Requisites :Fresh graduates or undergraduates majoring in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field are preferredProficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic data analysis and reporting skillsFast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new processes and systemsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
