Sales Function Lead
Your role and responsibilities•\tPro-active communication with customers and internal functions in order to guarantee customer satisfaction (e.g. Customer surveys) •\tManaging clean order entry according to the relevant requirements (prices, quantities, dates, customer and company data, etc.) to allow order execution in the system (SAP) •\tMonitoring and following up cases as needed. Communication with customers for overdue handling and with feeder factories concerning deliveries•\tPreparing, collecting and archiving documentation regarding the orders (invoices, SOX documents, VAT exemption documents etc.) •\tCooperation with Accounting Department and with supply chain team for maximizing results in delivery and suppliers handling using ABB systems and platforms
Qualifications for the role\tBachelor’s Degree \t1-2 years of experience in relevant field will be appreciated \tStrong Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook) \tExcellent command of Greek & English language \tKnowledge of CRM systems (preferably SAP) \tA collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills \tSelf-motivation, curiosity and a desire to learn about new technologies
