Your role and responsibilitiesBecome part of our cool international robotics and automation company as our new Order Handling Specialist.We are expanding our administration department in Odense. Therefore, we are looking for a structured and independent Order Handling Specialist with a focus on administration. You will work in a professionally strong and exciting environment with high pace, but also room to learn and have fun.What will you do?• Order handling. You will be the expert in the entire order flow, from start to finish• You are the link between our headquarters in Austria and the sales office in Denmark• You will communicate with customers from Denmark, Norway and Iceland, either in Danish, German or English• Customer service and active dialogue with customers about their status and development are part of your daily life• You act as a sparring partner for the entire organization• You help optimize our processes and make everything even better, focusing primarily on automating processesAs a person, you are positive and full of initiative. You approach tasks with enthusiasm and are solution-oriented. You will be part of a team where you can always get the necessary help and sparring to handle daily tasks. You can expect a wide range of work tasks and plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development – and of course freedom with responsibility.
Qualifications for the roleExperience from similar roles and tasks is an advantage Danish and English are not a challenge for you, both written and oral You are experienced in using Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Teams You have a positive and proactive approach to tasks and are not afraid to take initiative You are outgoing, result-oriented and have a natural flair for building relationships Experience with SAP or a larger ERP system You are always in a good mood and are good at working closely with others Knowledge and experience with implementing automated order processes would be a plus
