What you’ll do

 

As part of the Customer Fulfillment Services team, the Order Management Analyst will be responsible for the following primary duties:

Analyze open orders to remove any obstacles, ensuring on-time delivery to customers. Review open orders across print, digital, and services. Address digital order failures to ensure timely customer entitlements. Process Customer Drop Shipments from vendor locations Provide product information, including substitutions, restrictions, and components. Monitor and manage order delivery blocks; initiate kit teardowns to free up stock and clear backorders. Reserve stock for priority customers. Manage month-end activities, including monitoring and addressing backorders across all warehouses and digital platforms to ensure timely deliveries and maximize customer satisfaction. Maintain contact with Order Entry regarding product delivery and requirements Collaborate with Customer Fulfillment Services and others to ensure timely receipt of print products. Monitor key school districts to minimize backorders. Communicate with Supply Planning regarding stock issues based on contractual agreements. Manage digital access, including order confirmation, entitlements, license reconciliation, return processes, and setup of admin accounts. Oversee the setup of hosted and subscription customers, including prerequisite documentation and server license setup. Respond to customer concerns. Participate in weekly meetings as required. Manage service contract orders and subscriptions. Drive process improvements and conduct root cause analysis. Perform research and reporting tasks.

 

What you’ll need

 

Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory. Over 3 years of experience in a customer service or supply chain environment. Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Preferred but not necessary

 

Experience in SAP, SQL, and/or SFDC. Experience in Publishing Industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access.

 

 

Salary Range $46,000 - $60,000 annually.
