Partner with the best

The Order Management Specialist will collaborate with Region Order Management teams, sourcing and procurement, warehouse management, AMO, and logistics teams to ensure supply-demand alignment and meet customer's on time delivery requirements.

As a Order Management Specialist you will be responsible for:

Analyzes incoming demand, identifies order exceptions, and supports region on supply plant realignment and delivery commitments.

Plans and schedules order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs.

Prioritizes and communicates customer requirements to logistics teams for physical processing and final shipment details.

Performs various shipping management analysis to prevent or reduce delays on material availability dates, aged shipment status or past due deliveries.

Collaborates between multiple teams including purchasing, warehouse, production, and logistics to establish the optimal timing for supply commitments.

Identifies ways to simplify and improve processes as a part of a continuous improvement culture.

Organizes reports to provide regions updates on performance and opportunities for improvement.

Analyzes incoming demand: identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory.

Plans and schedules order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs

Works with the Product Line/Sales/Service Delivery to prioritize deliver dates as needed (push outs, pull ins)

Performs various material management analysis such as aged inventory, aged purchase orders, in-transit material analysis, safety stock, etc.

Monitor global and aging inventory and works with regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly

Assists in executing continuous improvement projects to maximize value.

Fuel your passion:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

High School diploma/GED is required for this position

Associate’s degree in supply chain or 2 years related supply chain experience

2 years’ experience in inventory or order management, customer service, shipping, or logistics.

2 years’ experience using SAP and MRP functionality

Demonstrated experience using MS office

Basic understanding of excel macros and template utilization.

Experience working with international teams

Ability to work with and influence stakeholders

Tactical execution with a sense of urgency

Affinity for the learning and knowing the details to remove barriers to success.
