Your role and responsibilitiesDelivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue.Monitoring the status of orders.Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation.Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification.Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas.
Qualifications for the roleBachelorĀ“s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar.5+ years of experience working in similar position.Knowledge of ERP (SAP) FICO Model and MS Office (Advanced Excel).Type of Experience: Manufacturing, Cost Accounting and Finance.Knowledge & application of RCA Tools. Manage of Quality Core Tools and Customer Support Role.Green Belt or experience leading executing six sigma projects.Knowledge of Manufacturing, Quality, Electrical testing Process, Mechanical & Electrical Drawings.Strong Leadership, Attention to detail, self-critic and excellent customer service attitude. Advanced level of English (90% Read, Write and Speak).
