Order Management Specialist
Job Description Insight Global is seeking to hire a Service Order Management Specialist supporting an international electronics group based out of Columbia, MD. This position will work an 8-5 shift Monday through Friday with overtime availability sitting out of Milpitas, CA. Responsibilities include being customer facing where this position will respond to customer inquiries by researching and utilizing company tools and resources, as well as responding to inquiring about the status of service orders. This role will also be processing quotes, orders, RMAs and customer purchase orders; troubleshoot orders, document processes and work instructions; meet the KPI objectives relevant to the department standards; be able to work in a fast-paced environment; and provide/maintain positive customer relations. We are looking for someone with outstanding oral and written communication skills, has basic computer/Microsoft Office skills, someone that can provide excellent support to the customers, and work very collaboratively internally.
