Job Title: Order Management Specialist
Job Description

The Order Management Specialist is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Installation departments to ensure excellent service to our current and prospective customers.

ResponsibilitiesAnswer the phone, transfer calls, and gather detailed information from customers.Relay information about company timelines for scheduling install projects and lead times to get back to customers.Schedule Install Sales Representatives/Project Managers to go out on site visits.Work closely with, cross-train, and back up other Install Customer Service Representatives.Respond to customer inquiries, collect appropriate information, and pass it off to the appropriate person.Process production orders, sales orders, quotes, and other supporting documents accurately and timely.Monitor orders through the system and sales process as necessary.Communicate, relay, and provide important information to customers, following up as necessary and providing updates as requested.Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, inventory requests, and other relevant inquiries.Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries or production.Estimate date of delivery to customers based on knowledge of the firm's production and delivery schedules.Essential SkillsCustomer serviceOrder entryData entryCustomer supportMicrosoft OfficePhone operationMulti-line phone usageOutlookExcelInventory managementAdministrative supportOrder processingAdditional Skills & Qualifications6 months+ experience in customer service/administrationComputer savvy (Outlook, email, document management, Microsoft suites)Ability to ask good questions and gather informationAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProfessional communication over the phoneAttention to detail and ability to enter accurate dataWork Environment

Working in office Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. Fully onsite in Clackamas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
