Job Description
A client of Insight Global in the technology and automation industry is hiring a Service Project Manager Coordintor/Order Manager to support an overflow of business. The Service Project Manager (SPM) Coordinator is responsible for supporting specific aspects of order management for the Field Service Team from start of order, execution and close out. The SPM Coordinator will interface directly with SPMs, the Parts and Billings Teams, and the Customer.
Customer Facing Responsibilities:
Obtain Purchase Orders (POs) from customers after emergency call dispatch
Work with customers to get POs adjusted to match actual costs when necessary
Work with customers to get parts returned in a timely manner to facilitate close out
Assist in getting past-due orders billed
Resolve PO issues with Siemens internal business units
Warranty management coordination
Non-Customer Facing Responsibilities:
Assemble and submit billing calculations for invoicing
Monitor open orders lists (Work In Progress) for overdue jobs needing to be invoiced
Run/distribute contract reports

Skills and Requirements
Required education and discipline focus:
o Associates in business administration, accounting, finance or a similar business discipline from an accredited university or college
4 5 years experience:
o Proven, successful track record with direct customer interfacing
o Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters in difficult situations
Excellent communication skills
Attention to details
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Technical proficiency with MSOffice
SAP experience
Ability to travel for internal meetings and support Field Services experience
iService or similar enterprise-level customer service software null
