Job Title: Order Picker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Order Picker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading pallets from the freezer to the shipping area. This role requires physical strength, as lifting up to 30lbs is necessary. Familiarity with operating cherry pickers, forklifts (both stand-up and sit-down), and pallet jacks is essential.

Enjoy working 36.5 hours and getting paid for 40. Benefit from pay increases after 90 and 180 days, as well as quarterly bonuses based on performance and attendance. Receive a sign-on bonus after 90, 180, and 365 days totaling $1000. Life insurance is provided for all employees.

Work Environment

You will work in a freezer with temperatures as low as 0 degrees. PPE, such as coats, hats, and gloves, will be provided. You will be responsible for your own boots, but they will be reimbursed once you are hired on directly. Be prepared to work in an environment with fan noise when in the freezer.

This is a Contract position based out of Walton, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50
