**Job Title: Order Picker** **Job Description** As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for picking orders using a Raymond cherry picker. You will navigate through orders displayed on a screen and utilize an RF scan gun to ensure product accuracy. Additionally, you will pack and palletize orders, following specific procedures for handling and marking pallets for dispatch. Your duties will also include receiving incoming products, accurately identifying and breaking down materials, noting discrepancies, and preparing products for storage. You will perform cycle counts, verify bin locations, and consolidate inventory as necessary. This role involves 70% picking and 30% receiving. **Responsibilities** + Pick orders using a Raymond cherry picker. + Utilize an RF scan gun to scan products for accuracy. + Pack and palletize orders according to handling and marking procedures. + Receive and process incoming products following warehouse management system processes. + Identify and break down incoming materials, note discrepancies, and prepare products for storage. + Conduct cycle counts and verify bin locations. + Consolidate inventory as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience using a cherry picker. + Proficiency with RF scan guns. + Order picking and receiving experience. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6 months of warehouse experience. + Forklift operation experience (stand-up and sit-down). **Why Work Here?** Employees receive a raise upon being hired on and the company offers an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). **Work Environment** The work environment is a large distribution/warehouse setting. Employees are required to wear steel-toed boots that go above the ankle, pants with no holes or frays, and a shirt with sleeves (t-shirt, long sleeve, or sweatshirt). You will be part of a team of about 10 people. Working hours are Monday to Friday, either from 7am to 4pm or from 9am to 6pm. Employees receive an unpaid 1-hour lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
