**Job Title: Order Picker** **Pay: $19-20** **Job Description** We are looking for a material handler/order picker to join our team on 1st shift. This position involves working in a smaller warehouse without forklifts. **Responsibilities** + Use a pick sheet to read and fulfill orders. + Pick contract orders (approximately 800 pieces per order). + Pick sales orders (1-20 pieces per order). + Label boxed material and re-bin in the appropriate location for shipping. + Prepare pallets for pickup using a pallet jack. **Essential Skills** + Attention to detail. + Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and crouch throughout the day. + Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. + Basic computer knowledge. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in picking, unloading, loading, packing, and material handling. + Order picking, labeling, and general labor experience. + Production experience. **Why Work Here?** We are committed to promoting from within, with opportunities to advance into roles in sales, customer service, and supervisory positions. The dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, and close-toe boots.
