**Job Title: Order Picker** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Order Picker to join our team. You will play an essential role in the shipping and receiving operations by selecting, picking, packing, and labeling products for shipments. You will also log shipments into our ERP system, so basic computer skills are required. **Responsibilities** + Work as an order selector and assist with the shipping of products. + Receive, pick, pack, and label products for shipments. + Log shipments into the ERP system using a computer. **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma or GED. + Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the entire shift. + Basic computer skills. + Able to work in a fast-paced environment. + Able to work overtime, including holidays and weekends as required. + Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor. + Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with warehouse operations, shipping, labeling, pick, pack, pallet jacks, general labor, material handling, RF scanner, order picking, and loading. + Good attendance, reliability, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm. + Ability to thrive in an active work environment. **Why Work Here?** Work for a company that is saving lives while enjoying a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility. The brand-new facility is clean, well-lit, and organized. The location houses finished products and employs roughly 100 workers across three shifts. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
