Order Planning Management Manager
Overview The Order Planning Management (OPM) Manager Forecasts, Plans and Manages receipt flow through North Americas DC facilities. Communicates and leads merchants to utilize most efficient and cost-effective product move methods to receive, make available for Digital, and ship to stores. Complete analysis and assignments necessary for the business as directed by the North America Vice President of Order Planning Management. Responsibilities Forecast available receipts to business partners and manage prioritized receipts within business budgets / forecast. Track and communicate supply chain status for launch, key product, collections and marketing initiatives Coordinate, communicate and prioritize purchase orders through North American Distribution Center facilities Self-improvement through company & external training resources Foster an environment that contributes and enables Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Ability to work in a fast-paced environment All other duties as assigned #LI-MB1 Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory Management or equivalent 4-7 years of equivalent experience Strong communication, time management & organizational skills Travel on an as needed basis. Must be a critical thinker, questioning mindset, be vocal about new ways of thinking of process improvement suggestions Proficient with Microsoft Excel i.e. functions V-Lookups, Pivot Tables Systems knowledge/ability to learn and adapt to new system tools Detail orientated and ability to apply cognitive thinking to troubleshoot and / or investigate issues A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others. Benefits The annual base salary range is $76000 - $90000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
