 Bureau Veritas is looking for an Order Preparation Clerk to join our environmental laboratory in Saint-Laurent, QC.

 

 

Your main responsibilities are:

Preparation and shipment of sampling containers to clients in an organized and professional manner respecting the client’s deadline; Maintenance and organization of the back warehouse section; Working with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction; Follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) established by Bureau Veritas Laboratories for the preparation of bottle orders and cleaning of coolers; Responsible for tracking the daily inventory of consumables required for bottle orders; Adhere to and participate with all quality assurance policies and procedures of the organization; Other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or team leader; Back up driver when necessary (if valid driver’s license).

You are an ideal candidate if you:

Have a high school diploma; 1 year of experience in a similar role; Have excellent interpersonal communication, must be organized; Have computer knowledge (strong asset); Are energetic, motivated and have a positive outlook.

 

Work conditions:

Schedule: day shift, Monday to Friday and Saturday when needed; You need to be available for overtime 1-2H/day when needed; Ability to work on your feet for long hours; Ability to lift coolers and boxes going up to 50lbs.
