Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Order Processing Specialist in North Miami Beach, Florida. This role involves the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, coordination with various teams for smooth order fulfillment, and the resolution of any order discrepancies or customer concerns. Responsibilities: • Efficiently and accurately process customer orders • Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment • Verify the details of orders, including pricing, quantities, and delivery information • Maintain and update order records in the system • Use your skills in Microsoft Excel and Word to organize files and manage data entry • Utilize your 10 Key Skills to perform calculations related to order processing • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders • Use your experience with email correspondence to communicate effectively with customers and team members • Scan and digitize relevant documents as part of the order processing workflow.
