Order Processing Specialist

We provide extensive training and strive to equip our employees with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.Qualifications: + Previous experience in manufacturing + 3+ years of recent order processing experience + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Quickbooks experience preferrs Job Description This full-time hourly position is primarily responsible for creating quotations and processing purchase orders for various machinery, spare parts, and services using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills to help strengthen our customer relationships. Responsibilities + Gather order details and create accurate quotations. + Process purchase orders efficiently in QuickBooks. + Utilize Dynamics 365 to manage incoming RFQs and track the progress of each opportunity. + Collaborate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Accounting to ensure all orders requests are fulfilled. Essential Skills + Order entry + Data entry + Order processing + Inventory management + Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Experience with purchase orders + Clerical skills + Order fulfillment + Experience with QuickBooks + Sales support + Experience with Dynamics 365 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
