Order Processor
Job Title: Order ProcessorJob Description The Order Processor will work on a specific customer account, handling communication with clients via email and phone to process orders. The role involves answering phones, checking in drivers, and processing orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). The candidate will work within a group of five to manage inventory and process 100-200 orders per day. The role also requires responding to approximately 30 calls/emails per day from other customers, performing data entry, and providing the warehouse with client orders. Responsibilities + Communicate with clients via email and phone to process orders. + Answer phones and check in drivers. + Process orders using the WMS system. + Work within a team of five to manage inventory and process 100-200 orders per day. + Respond to approximately 30 calls/emails per day from customers. + Perform data entry and enter order information into the system (Camelot/Microsoft Navision). + Provide the warehouse with client orders. Essential Skills + Experience in shipping and receiving. + Proficiency in using a Warehouse Management System (Navision/Camelot). + Strong customer service skills. + Data entry experience. + Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Diploma required. + Associates/Bachelor's Degree preferred. + Experience working in a logistics, transportation, or industrial environment highly preferred. + Must be computer literate. Work Environment The Order Processor will work within an office on-site at a warehouse/distribution center, alongside five other customer service representatives. This is a contract-to-hire position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM.
