Description The Order Processing Specialist will play a vital role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating orders, from initial receipt through to the final delivery. The main goal is to ensure fast and efficient fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: + Receive, process, and track customer orders daily. + Provide accurate and timely replies to customer and internal department queries related to orders. + Liaise with transport companies to arrange and coordinate deliveries. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and inventory levels. + Review orders for product availability and potential compromise of financial terms. + Work with sales and production teams to address any issues or delays in the order process. + Maintain detailed and accurate records of orders, payments, and any relevant information in our CMS. + Generate sales reports and order summaries as required. + Assist in managing returns and exchanges from customers. + Ensure strict compliance with company policies, as well as with legal and regulatory requirements. Requirements Job Requirements: + A minimum of 1-2 years experience in an Order Processing, Customer Service, or similar role. + Proficient in using computer systems; knowledge of order processing software is a plus. + Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Knowledge in a related field, such as logistics, business administration, and supply chain management, would be an advantage. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Organized and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. + Strong problem-solving capabilities to address any issues that arise throughout the order process. + A team player who can also work independently when required.
