OverviewThe Order Processor (Specialty) acts as the primary resource between Humanscale and our internal and external customers for submitting purchase orders. The Order Processor will be responsible for providing timely and accurate entry of all government, commercial, ecommerce, sample, and other purchase orders, as required. The ideal candidate masters the Humanscale order entry process and adheres to Humanscale’s policies to meet and exceed established goals and metrics.
Responsibilities Process orders using Humanscale’s order management system (OMS) & ordering system (Infor)Manage individual pending log of orders that require additional information for processingProvide clear and professional written communication to customers when resolving order issuesFollow GSA rules and regulations - Teaming Agreement, FAR51 BPA, TAA Compliance, Open Market, DSFFollow GSA OE process - understanding differences from standard commercial process.Build system expertise with order management systems to better serve customersMaintain acceptable performance metrics such as accuracy, productivity and efficiencyCollaborate with other departments as required to resolve customer’s issues and questions.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when solving complex customer issuesActively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions Qualifications Language: English proficiencyHigh school diploma or equivalentFull understanding of GSA, CANFED, State Contracts, Cooperative Contracts, others as required Experience in suggesting process improvements to leadersAbility to work independently Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks with urgency Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needsAbility to maintain a positive and professional attitudeExperience following up on customer issuesAttention to detail and maintaining accurate recordsCOMPUTER SKILLS:
