GENERAL SUMMARY

This position will require manual stacking of product onto pallets and moving pallets from bay locations to trailers to be loaded.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES  

Must be able to qualify as a pallet jack operator by passing a medical exam, written and practical exams.
Pickers will be required to learn SAP, our ERP system, and use SAP for data entry on handhelds and desktop computers.
Pickers will be responsible for accurately picking orders (450 case per hour minimum), cycle counting warehouse inventory, and following quality control procedures.
You will be responsible for safety inspections of your pallet jack before use and filling out the safety inspection form for each shift.
You will be responsible for keeping work areas clean and orderly.
Pickers will assist with clerical duties or any other tasks as assigned by supervision. 
Repetitious loading and unloading of product or ingredients weighing up to 50-75 pounds will be required.
Must comply with all site and equipment safety and quality good manufacturing practices guidelines.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED

Must have obtained high school diploma, GED or equivalent.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Preferred to have forklift or pallet jack operation experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $20.50.
 

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
