**Job Title: Assembly Technician/Warehouse Selector**
**Job Type** : Full-Time
**Shift:** 7am to 4pm
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Accurately read and interpret SKU numbers.
+ Assemble orders based on SKU and part numbers.
+ Perform heavy lifting and extensive walking throughout the shift.
+ Recognize and differentiate between various part numbers.
+ Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Ensure orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
+ Build and assemble various components and products according to specifications.
+ Use hand and power tools to construct assemblies and sub-assemblies.
+ Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
+ Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to complete assembly tasks.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process.
+ Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
+ Strong job tenure and a proven track record of reliability.
+ Comfortable with heavy lifting and extensive walking.
+ Ability to work with long SKU numbers and maintain accuracy.
+ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
+ Basic forklift operation skills (preferred but not required).
+ Must be very mechanically inclined, with experience in building assemblies or pallets.
+ Proficient in using hand and power tools.
+ Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
