**Job Title: Order Selector** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and reliable Order Selectors who can thrive in a performance-based environment. The ideal candidates will be comfortable working in a freezer setting and capable of lifting up to 100lbs. Experience with an electric pallet jack is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individuals. **Responsibilities** + Select and gather orders accurately and efficiently. + Operate an electric pallet jack after training and certification. + Work primarily in a freezer environment, maintaining focus and efficiency. + Drop off completed orders in the staging area for proper palletizing or boxing for shipping. + Ensure all tasks are performed safely and follow company guidelines. **Essential Skills** + Proven attendance record. + Ability to lift up to 100lbs. + Flexibility with working hours. + Comfortable working in a freezer environment at temperatures as low as -15 degrees Fahrenheit. + Ability to operate or willingness to be trained on an electric pallet jack. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in loading, unloading, warehouse operations, selecting, inventory management, forklift operation, and picking/packing. + Familiarity with RF scan guns and RF scanners. + Willingness to work in a cold storage environment. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and family-oriented work culture. Each team consists of 12-15 selectors, each with their own picking list. A thick jacket and thermal clothing are recommended due to the cold conditions, though many employees find they acclimate quickly due to the physical nature of the work. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ROCKY HILL, Connecticut. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
