**Now Hiring Order Selector in York, PA** First Shift Opportunity $19.25/hr **Job Description** We are seeking Order Selectors who can operate high reach forklifts from day one. Employees will be responsible for picking orders and staging them to be loaded onto trucks. The facility includes a freezer section at 0 degrees (15% of the building), a refrigerator section (20% of the building), and the remaining area is a standard warehouse maintained at 60-65 degrees. **Responsibilities** + Operate high reach forklifts from the first day + Pick and stage orders for loading onto trucks + Use paper pick sheets, transitioning to electronic and RF scanners + Work in various sections of the warehouse, including freezer and refrigerator areas + Operate pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts + Perform manual case picking by using a forklift to bring pallets into alleys and fill empty pallets by hand + Maintain inventory and perform order picking **Essential Skills** + High reach forklift operation experience + Manual case picking experience + Stand-up forklift experience + Pallet jack operation + Basic computer skills + Experience with RF scanners and reach trucks + Inventory management skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work in a freezer environment + Comfortable working in various temperature zones + Ability to adapt to evolving technology and tools **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
