**Job Title: Order Selector** **Job Description** We are looking for an Order Selector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven attendance record, the ability to lift up to 100lbs, and the ability to operate an electric pallet jack. We are seeking candidates with or without selecting experience who are comfortable working in a performance-based compensation environment. The candidate must also be comfortable working in a freezer environment. **Responsibilities** + Operate an electric pallet jack to select orders. + Work in a freezer environment and maintain productivity despite cold conditions. + Drop off selected orders in the staging area for proper palletizing or boxing for shipping. + Adhere to safety protocols and procedures. **Essential Skills** + Proven attendance record. + Ability to lift up to 100lbs. + Experience or willingness to be trained and certified on operating an electric pallet jack. + Flexibility with work hours. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in loading, unloading, and warehouse operations. + Familiarity with inventory management, selecting, picking, and packing. + Experience with incentive pay systems. + Ability to use pallet jacks and RF scan guns. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values family involvement and hosts numerous events such as summer family events, Halloween hunts within the warehouse, BBQs, and ordering out. Each team consists of 12-15 selectors, and each member will have their own picking list. A thick jacket and thermal clothing are recommended due to the cold conditions. Most employees acclimate to the temperature as they are constantly moving around. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ROCKY HILL, Connecticut. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
