Job Description:

As a Milk Plant Order Selector, you will play a crucial role in our operations by accurately and efficiently selecting orders for shipment to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

 

Reviewing customer orders and ensuring accuracy. Safely operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Back-up Yard Goat driver.  Selecting and staging dairy products for shipment. Loading and unloading delivery trucks. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

 

Open schedule availability. Weekends required.  Prior experience in order selection or a similar role preferred. Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
