Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Order Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an elite skill set in data analysis, contract review, and order management. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our order processing system, maintaining compliance with legal agreements, and implementing best practices for deal desk and order management. It will also serve as a primary contact for monitoring our renewal and churn process for customers.
This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various departments including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the contract lifecycle, from initial creation to final execution and billing.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field or related work experience.3+ years of experience in order management, contract administration, or a related role within the SaaS industry.Skills and Competencies:Good understanding of contract law and commercial terms, particularly in a SaaS environment.Proficiency in using CRM and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Planhat, etc..).Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word a plus.Familiarity with contract management software is a plus (SFDC CPQ).About Onit
