THE JOB:

As an Order Taker at BeerHaus, you will be the welcoming face that sets the stage for each guest's dining experience. With your friendly smile and attentive service, you'll ensure that every order is accurately rung up and that drinks are expertly prepared. By understanding each guest's preferences and needs, you'll create WOW moments that make their visit unforgettable, leaving a lasting impression that goes beyond their time with us.

STARTING RATE: $12.80 hourly plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Efficiently take and place food and drink orders, ensuring accurate preparation, garnishing, and timely service in the work area

Handle cash transactions accurately, adhering to all proper cash handling and comp procedures to ensure security and accountability.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in both front and back of house areas. This includes clearing tables, wiping down counters, sweeping, and emptying trash to keep the dining area clean and comfortable for guests.

Address guest complaints within your scope of authority or escalate them to management.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service, with a focus on creating positive and memorable guest experiences.

Experience using point of sale (POS) systems, with the ability to process transactions quickly and accurately.

Keen attention to detail when processing orders and payments
