Responsibilities

 

We are seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash (O2C) IT Analyst who possesses a deep understanding of the end-to-end O2C processes.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background and domain expertise in IT systems and processes related to Supply Chain O2C including knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules. In addition, the candidate will possess strong knowledge of the SAP, Salesforce, and EDI technologies. The O2C Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and delivering IT solutions to optimize the O2C process and drive operational efficiency. Expertise in O2C systems and ability to collaborate with global cross-functional individuals and teams will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and accurate fulfillment, billing, and cash collection.

 

Collaborate with business partners to understand and document end-to-end supply chain O2C processes, including order entry, order management, invoicing, e-invoicing, VAT, sales taxes, Intrastat reporting, transport orders (pricing), inventory management, credit management, and cash application. Analyze existing IT systems and identify areas for improvement and optimization within the O2C end-to-end process. Design, implement, and deliver IT solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy and automation of O2C process. Conduct system testing (functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing) to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.   Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for O2C systems and processes and address any issues or inefficiencies that arise.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Pricing, Finance, Integrated Planning, BI/Data Warehouse) to gather requirements and ensure alignment between IT solutions and business needs.  Partner with key business stakeholders to develop and deliver training materials and documentation to educate end-users on O2C systems and processes.  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices on O2C processes and IT technologies. Recommend improvements and innovations to enhance the O2C function. 
  Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.  Minimum of 10 years of experience as an IT Analyst, with a focus on O2C processes and systems.  Deep understanding of end-to-end O2C processes, including order entry, order management, invoicing, e-invoicing, VAT, sales taxes, Intrastat reporting, transport orders (pricing), inventory management, credit management, and cash application. Strong knowledge of Corporate/O2C technologies, including ERP (SAP R3; SAP S/4), CRM (Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud), EDI, etc.  Experience in analyzing, designing, implementing, and delivering IT solutions to optimize O2C processes and drive operational efficiency. Proficiency in system configuration and customization within O2C systems.  Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and resolve issues within complex IT systems. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams and individuals.  Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.  Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with industry trends and best practices in O2C processes and IT systems.
