Organic Social Media Manager
Description We are currently accepting applications for an Organic Social Media Manager role. This exciting opportunity is based in Howell, New Jersey, United States. As an Organic Social Media Manager, you will be instrumental in growing our online presence, fostering impactful collaborations, and developing high-yield partnerships with influencers, content creators, media partners, and other brands. This role involves a combination of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, ensuring our brand remains culturally relevant and community-driven. Responsibilities: • Develop a data-driven organic social media strategy in line with business objectives. • Supervise content ideation, production, and publishing across various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. • Manage a content calendar that generates engaging, platform-specific content to promote brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. • Cultivate strong community engagement, timely responses, and an active brand presence. • Utilize user-generated content and brand storytelling to foster authenticity and customer trust. • Stay up-to-date with trends, viral moments, and cultural conversations to maximize organic reach. • Collaborate with other teams such as email, SMS, paid media, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and content repurposing. • Develop and scale a robust influencer, affiliate, and ambassador marketing program that enhances customer acquisition and brand credibility. • Negotiate and manage contracts, and track performance to maximize ROI from influencer collaborations. • Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors, focusing on creator-led campaigns that resonate with our audience. • Launch and oversee user-generated content and social selling initiatives, leveraging organic influencer content for paid ads and email/SMS campaigns. • Establish long-term partnerships with high-impact influencers and industry thought leaders, ensuring sustained brand advocacy. • Identify and execute brand-to-brand collaborations, giveaways, and other partnership opportunities to expand our brand reach. • Use tracking tools to analyze influencer and affiliate-driven revenue, optimizing performance based on data insights. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management or a related field. • Proficiency in organic social media strategy and execution. • Expertise in using Facebook Insights for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics. • Familiarity with Google+ and its application in social media management. • Extensive experience in using Hootsuite for managing and scheduling social media posts. • Demonstrated skills in creating and managing advertisements across various social media platforms. • Strong analytical abilities, with experience in using Analytics tools for tracking and improving performance. • In-depth knowledge of social media best practices and how to implement them. • Proven experience in blogging and creating engaging written content. • Ability to increase brand awareness through strategic social media campaigns. • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for tracking website and social media traffic and trends.
