Organization Development Consultant
**Description:** The **Enterprise Operations Performance Management \(EO PM\) Lead** will drive the development and implementation of performance management processes, systems, and initiatives across Enterprise Operations\. As a key member of our HR team, you will serve as a subject matter expert and consultant to HR Business Partners and leaders, providing expert guidance and support on performance management issues, including coaching, feedback, development, and addressing performance gaps and implementing corrective actions\. In partnership with Total Rewards, the individual will support our pay for performance philosophy and work with leaders to ensure a fair and consistent process for making compensation decisions at the end of the year\. You will also play a critical role in building a culture of ongoing and consistent feedback throughout the corporation\. **Key Responsibilities:** • Provide expert guidance and support to HR Business Partners and leaders on performance management issues, including coaching, feedback, development, and employee performance optimization, to ensure all employees are positioned for success\. • Build Performance Management capability by providing practical guidance and resources in areas such as goal setting, ongoing feedback, coaching, performance reviews, and pay differentiation • Develop and implement a change management plan to promote a culture of ongoing feedback and employee development • Provide thought leadership and change management support for the 2026 _GoLive_ of our LM Talent Central Performance management module • Design and develop policies and guidance for high\-performer incentive programs, working closely with Senior Leaders in Total Rewards and across HR • Establish operating rhythms and communications to support a fair and consistent performance process • Champion process improvements and integrate performance management with talent development, compensation, and other HR initiatives • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence decision\-making and drive alignment • Provide technical expertise on performance management systems and data reporting **What’s In It For You:** From onsite to remote, we offer flexible work schedules to comprehensive benefits investing in your future and security, Learn more about Lockheed Martin’s comprehensive benefits package here\. **Basic Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree in a related field \(e\.g\., Industrial\-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organization Development\) • 5\+ years of organizational or talent development experience • Technical expertise across HR disciplines • Experience leading enterprise or organization wide initiative • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills • Strong consultative and facilitation skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to senior and executive\-level stakeholders • Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous situations with a keen sense of cultural values, norms, and org priorities • Excellent decision\-making and judgment skills, with the ability to work at all levels of the organization **Desired Skills:** • MA/MS degree is preferred, preferably in Organization Development, Organization Behavior, Human Resources, or related field • Experience leading change management projects in large organizations • Advanced knowledge of the Enterprise Operations organization structure, operating model, and cultural norms • Experience in a performance management, compensation, or HR Business Partner role, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes and achieving program objectives • Experience assessing learning and development needs, developing strategies and plans, designing curriculum, developing online learning modules, live web\-based sessions, instructor\-led training guides, supporting materials and tracking progress • Ability to lead without formal authority and influence stakeholders across multiple business areas **Clearance Level:** None **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\. **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $123,500 \- $232,800\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\.
