Job DescriptionThe candidate will assist with organizational change initiatives at Visa, such as business process and technology modifications, concentrating on the people side of change. The primary responsibility is to aid the change manager in developing and implementing plans to increase employee adoption of new tools and processes and reduce resistance to changes.
Provide administrative and logistical support for change management projectsAssist in the coordination of change management project and sponsor meetings, presentations, training sessions , office hours, and other meetings and eventsHelp in gathering data for impact analyses and readiness assessmentsSupport the development of communications materialsParticipate in the tracking and reporting of change management activitiesAssist in the engagement and community management of change champion networks across the organizationSupport the development of reports and presentations on the progress and outcomes of change management initiativesThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
•Associate: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
•Associate: 2 or more years of work experience
•Prosci or other change management certification or designation is desired
•Basic understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
•Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
•Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
